Architecture Decision Records¶
ADRs are lightweight records of significant technical decisions. They answer: what did we decide, why, and what were the alternatives we rejected?
Each ADR has a status: Accepted · Superseded by ADR-XXXX · Deprecated

Format¶
Each ADR answers: 1. Context — the situation that forced a decision 2. Decision — what we chose 3. Rationale — why this over the alternatives 4. Consequences — what becomes easier and harder
